(October 25, 2023, 6:15 pm)Moved two months ago and the Post Office screwed up my forwarding. Bill go my new home was mailed to my old address and return to MCW as undeliverable. Shut off notice was mailed to the old address and was not forwarded. Today my water was shut off and I was informed that it would not be turned back on until my bill was paid which included a $50 trip charge and a late fee. When I contacted MCW and explained the situation they credited the trip charge and late fee and after I paid the bill water was turned back on 45 minutes later. That is true customer service!!!
