“Tony did a fantastic job fixing our roof siding fascia. High wind caused the fascia metal piece to came lose and broke eventually. I called Tony, he came the same day to look at the damage, he also notice some other spot which I had missed and fixed everything the literally the next day. I have called Tony at our previous house to fix leaking skylight and other storm damage. He fixed that as well and it was perfect! “Rapid Response replaced the entirety of my flooring downstairs after a pipe burst and flooded the previous flooring. The job did take a lot longer than expected but after the wait my floors look brand new. They also replaced all of the trim and pieces of drywall that were effected. Everything looks great. The first time around, the floors did not get finished by the crew that was sent out to do them. The owner, Jerry, took charge in coming back to make sure the job was done correctly and was helpful every step of the way making sure to get the problems fixed.
