“Rapid Response replaced the entirety of my flooring downstairs after a pipe burst and flooded the previous flooring. The job did take a lot longer than expected but after the wait my floors look brand new. They also replaced all of the trim and pieces of drywall that were effected. Everything looks great. The first time around, the floors did not get finished by the crew that was sent out to do them. The owner, Jerry, took charge in coming back to make sure the job was done correctly and was helpful every step of the way making sure to get the problems fixed. His main focus was to make sure we were happy with the final results”

This year we contacted Bob again to get the same flooring installed throughout the rest of the house. We made a point of requesting Aaron and Scott for the installation. Once again, we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and finished product. Done on time, on schedule, and high quality - again.
