“We bought replacement windows with wood veneer that needed to be stained. This was a DIY project that worried me a lot because we needed to match the stain to the existing trim. I believe the lady who stain matched for us was Kacy. I just wanted to say she did a phenomenal job matching the color. She was also extremely helpful in instructing us about needing wood conditioner first, something we never would have thought of needing ourselves. The job went extremely well thanks to her instruction and the quality stain and poly we bought.
