“I've been looking for a Sprinter Van for the last few weeks. Found one here and drove down from Michigan to look at em. I looked at the reviews below and seen something about a credit check before looking at a vehicle. That's false. Upon arrival I was in the lot looking without a credit check and was met by Tom. He without a doubt is first class and deserves a raise. He went out of his way to help us with questions and financing. While waiting, Tom offered us food, drinks anything to make us feel comfortable while waiting for the paperwork. Above and beyond Service in my opinion. We were in n out in less then a few hours with the Sprinter Van. I would highly recommend them to all of my customers. Not sure why some of the shady reviews are below, but I'm gonna call B.S. on them. Go there and find out for yourself, don't base something on some people's views. I contacted Cindy, who was VERY friendly, and offered to meet me the same day and show me the units. Paperwork was quick and painless and the movers moved our stuff into the unit. We had issues with some things being broken from the movers and they continued to mail all the paperwork to Lock-It-Up instead of my home. Cindy offered to forward all the mail and called every time something came in. VERY personable and VERY helpful. If ever I come home during a deployment or unaccompanied tour again I will definitely be using Lock-It-Up on Eber! She also owns the unit on Airport Highway across from the airport.
