(October 23, 2022, 3:09 pm)Wonderful hot yoga studio!! Just finished Yin Yoga with Sonya, so relaxing and my body is truly stretched out. The variety of classes provides a class for everyone, no matter age or skill level. I cannot recommend Fierce Hot Yoga enough, it is just fantastic!!
(August 22, 2022, 11:26 am)Fierce Wellness is amazing! The classes are designed for all fitness levels. Sonya's bootcamp classes are fun and a great workout. She always offers a modification for each exercise. The staff and other students are very welcoming!
(August 12, 2022, 3:15 pm)I real gem in a small town. I love this studio. I’ve taken Sonya’s Bootcamp classes and she is great! She keeps the energy up throughout the entire class while offering modifications and encouragement! I highly recommend this studio!
(August 12, 2022, 3:07 pm)Love this hot yoga studio! Sonya’s Hot Strength + Deep Stretch is a must every Tuesday & Friday morning! Lots of other amazing classes throughout the week too! Great instructors, great owner & great community!
