I’m so glad to have listened to my wife Sonia and joined Shape Fitness - Pataskala! Yeah, there are other bigger gyms, but none compare to the individual attention and tag-team training of Spike and Jen Johnson! The specialized, muscle-targeted sessions make a huge difference! After two successful lower back surgeries, I needed a personal trainer who knew how to work around my challenges, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how Spike & Jen’s workout sessions and knowledge of the equipment, have actually improved my training experience, allowing me to get the best out of myself, without injuring my back! I highly recommend this dynamic duo, especially if you have doubts or questions about any physical issues you may have. Give them a call, you won’t regret it!

My wife and I joined Shape Fitness a little over a month ago and just started training with Spike and Jenn this week. The gym is very clean, the equipment is top notch, everyone is so friendly and it is open 24/7 which is great for working parents. Spike and Jenn are extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. They truly care for each one of their members. When we leave our training sessions we feel accomplished and ready for more. We are both so thankful we came to Shape Fitness and have had the opportunity to meet Spike and Jenn. If you are looking for a clean gym, great equipment, flexible hours and extremely knowledgeable and friendly owners….then Shape Fitness is for you!!!

This gym is legendary. Spike and Jenn are absolutely wonderful people with an excellent gym, they also do great personal trainning. Nice equipment, nice bathrooms and shower plus if you like working out alone they're open 24/7!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Shape fitness is such a wonderful gym! Jenn and Spike are so welcoming and accommodating. It’s a small facility, but has everything you would need. The gym is super clean and tidy and has an inviting feel to it. There are many machines and a small area with benches and free weights. I love that it’s open 24/7. I’m so glad I found this gym!

If your looking for a gym and/or a trainer, be sure to stop by and check out Shape Fitness! I started working out and training with Spike and Jenn about three weeks ago. They are such great people who truly care about getting people on the right path to being healthy and fit and are so full of knowledge when it comes to nutrition and eating right. They are very encouraging during every session and they ensure that each exercise is executed properly to get the best results. The gym is always very clean and has great equipment. They are open 24/7 which makes it very convenient.
