“First, this was our first trip outside of the "chain" furniture stores. Herron's is the store we always hoped existed. They do not sell chain store, mass produced furniture, in fact, every piece is Amish, made by hand craftsmanship. You choose the wood and the stain color. Your purchase truly is, a family heirloom. Second, Jeri. The ultimate in a sales representative. She greeted us at the door, and quickly established our interest. Jeri sat down with us and got to know more about our tastes, the way we wanted a dining table that would blend in with our existing pieces, the type of wood we liked and the color. She made us feel like we made a purchase, not that we were being sold furniture. Jeri was very upfront, explaining the time involved with having a custom, hand made dining room set produced, because of labor shortages, material availability, and an ongoing pandemic. Our order took six months, during which Jeri called twice to update us on it's timeline. When our dining set was delivered, it was beyond our expectations. The natural imperfections of real wood add to the character of one of a kind furniture. As another reviewer stated, the delivery team removed their shoes when they arrived, and were more than professional. They say you get what you pay for. Purchasing from Herron's, we got our money's worth.”

“First I want to start off by saying how helpful and friendly the staff is. I have had my ring for 27 years and to say it’s lived a hard life would be an understatement. The round diamonds were loose, the baguettes were loose, the big marquis diamond was off centered and the prongs were crooked. The channels holding all the round diamonds and baguettes were pretty much nonexistent. Their work exceeded my expectations!! They tightened all the diamonds, built up and repaired all the channels, reset my big marquis diamond, fixed the prongs and re-dipped the ring. I’m not exaggerating when I say the ring looks like higher quality now than it did when I bought it. Thank you D&G!!!!”

“This was by far the fastest service I've had anywhere. I ordered other app and was less than 3 minutes out. We opted to Dine in and get Table side delivery. We walked in (5 of us) and went to grab a table. The associate walked up and asked if we had a mobile order. I acknowledged it, she gave me my order number and said she had it ready! HOLY COW!!! We sat down and she followed right behind us with our food! Sadly a five Star rating wasn't in the cards. The ladies room toilets both had dried up human waste on the seats. Staff was politely informed.”
