“Niesen Company was great to work with. I called about some preventative maintenance and they were out the next day. Mike came out and was nice, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Due to no fault of his own, one of the repairs included a bad part that was installed. Niesen guarantees their work. I called the company back 3 weeks later after I noticed the issue and they came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. Overall they are a great company and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely Recommend.”

“I used Mainline to do a sewer scope for a property I’m buying in Covington Ky. He came highly recommended by my realtor. And I really appreciated him coming out of his way. I did ask if he was able to come a little earlier so he could be there at the same time as my whole home inspection. He came early and boy was he friendly. Immediately I loved his warm and friendly energy. He answered all our questions and explained in great detail everything he was doing and seeing during his scope. The video of the scope was great. The quality and clarity was as good as it could have been for something like this. Not to mention the music he plays while scoping the sewer. It was silly and much appreciated. He was professional, kind, timely, and definitely someone you wish you were friends with. I couldn’t recommend him enough. 10/5 stars if you ask me.”

I made an "emergency" no heat call on a Saturday morning (after waiting for a company with which I had a 20 year customer relationship for over 3.5 hours). I received a call from Alex, one of the technicians, in very short order with an approximate appointment time for the same day. Alex arrived early (with my permission) and was incredibly personable, professional and extremely hardworking. He made sure to explain everything in detail and showed me everything that was causing the issues. He asked me several times if I had additional questions or concerns. Alex absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable not only with the work being done, but with the temperature of my home until the job could be completed. The entire team at Wingate was awesome! 100% recommended!”

“UPDATE: Dan called me and we worked through the issue—incorrect number was written down so they couldn’t get ahold of me. Really appreciated that Dan was proactive about getting this corrected. That said, I’ll definitely use Feichtner again in the future. ORIGINAL (2): I spoke with Dan on Friday, May 6th to get on his schedule ASAP for an exterior drain that was backed up. It was agreed that they would have someone out the following Monday, May 9th. No one ended up calling or showing up. Full transparency, I missed a called from a number I did not know Monday afternoon, but no voicemail was left and no one answered when I called back shortly after I noticed I missed it—because of this I had assumed that it was just a telemarketer. If it was indeed the technician, I would be a bit disappointed there was no identifying voicemail left and that no one answered/returned my return call to, at the very minimum, reschedule the visit for a later date. I had used Feichtner once in the past and was happy with the result, BUT this time not so much. Interested in finding out what happened.”
