I got a call back that morning of the 4th of July Holiday & John Green came out to our house within an hour. It turned out that a power surge had caused our unit to go out & after testing & working on it out in the blazing heat of the hot summer 4th of July Holiday he restored our air conditioning! He was extremely professional & we were extremely grateful for his quick response to fix our system! I would highly recommend this company & John Green! “Niesen Company was great to work with. I called about some preventative maintenance and they were out the next day. Mike came out and was nice, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Due to no fault of his own, one of the repairs included a bad part that was installed. Niesen guarantees their work. I called the company back 3 weeks later after I noticed the issue and they came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. Overall they are a great company and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely Recommend.”

They needed parts that could not be purchased on Sunday, but were back with parts by 10am on Monday and finished the job. They were friendly, diligent, and very knowledgeable.
