Edit after original review: I was contacted by the company and they worked to move up dates and compensate for added costs incurred. I would use them again in the future. The installer was very knowledgeable and the flooring looks great.
I appreciate the quick response and willingness to make it right.

Dates keep getting pushed back and have had to spend money on a hotel because there are no floors in my parents condo. Now the installation date is more than 2 weeks after it was supposed to be. Management is not helpful and the sales person is just a good talker...never use this company.
