Back into your assigned door but don't open your trailer until the tell you to. They will come out to tell you when you're loaded amd should instruct you to to go back to door 20 for your paperwork and seal. Usually they will come out to you but if not the office is right there.”

“Discount Drains was great to work with. We were having issues with the sink and tub drains in our bathroom. They were able to provide a free estimate using video chat and were able to come out the same day. The tech was very professional and was able to get the drain running. He let us know that unclogging would only be a temporary fix since our pipes were galvanized and corroding from the inside and would eventually need replacing to prevent more clogs. They were able to provide an estimate on the spot for replacing the pipes. We had them come back to replace the pipes and the techs that were out were great. They were on time, explained everything they would be doing, showed us everything they did once they were finished and were very polite and professional. Both experiences were very positive and their prices were affordable. I would definately use them again and would recommend their services.”
