“This is my first visit to this company and Kelli was a great help in getting what I needed. I ended up purchasing the last bag of something I needed and while it was being carried out it was noticed that the contents were running out of the bag. It appeared that about 1/3 of the contents was lost, so I went back inside to let Kelli know what had happened and she ended up giving me credit for that bag. The next day I decided that I wanted to exchange one of the items I purchased so I called and talked with Kelli again and she said it would not be a problem to do. I made the exchange and I was able to get my job completed. Having someone like Kelli is a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. She was willing to work with me on many things which made my experience enjoyable. They got the job done quick, for a reasonable price, and the car runs good as new. “Seemingly one of those "too good to be true" type of things, but these guys are fantastic. They came to my apartment and replaced the rotors and pads, also pointed out an issue with one of my tires. They communicated very well the entire process before and during the repair. 100% will use them again. Also the price was far better than anywhere else I could have got to.”
