“My Thanksgiving weekend was wonderful. I got to visit my boyfriend's town for the first time, and it was great. One reason this was so, is because he chose Cee Ray Motel for us to stay. The room was very clean. The colors and the artwork seemed updated which was nice. Such a cozy and romantic space. We enjoyed ourselves very much. We felt secure leaving our belongings there while we visited with his family and went sightseeing. The employees were very nice and attentive. They even had a corkscrew in the office for us to use because we forgot to bring one. It is also conveniently located across from a pharmacy and a grocery store as well. The next time I visit Cleveland I most definitely will be staying at the Cee Ray. 🌠”

“Clenisha was very warm and friendly. She considered that I was tired after a long drive and made my check-in process a lot more comfortable and efficient. I am served her training two other employees at two different times and both times. She was very very warm and serviceable to not only the gas, but to her trainees, she made accommodations for me to have an interview in the meeting room downstairs. She communicated well with me if I’m ever in this area I’ll definitely consider this hotel because of the service.”

The shuttle cost an extra $10, but the driver was very friendly. My flight took off at 6 am and the driver was ready at 4 am.”

“We had an awesome time staying at this campground. The gate attendant was nice and friendly, and the place was well kept and clean (including the bathrooms). The views from our site were stunning. Most of the sites are situated on the lake, so there is always a picturesque view of the lake like when you wake up in the morning or just anytime of the day. Each RV campsite has a picnic table with benches, barbecue grill, fire pit, water and electric hookups. Plus you cannot beat their rates. There is no sewer hookup, but the dump station is located prior to the exit gate at the front. We truly enjoyed our stay here in that we already made plans to visit this place again.”

“From hospitality to grounds keeper every single person we met working at this hotel was pleasant, helpful and gracious. We were treated with great respect and felt welcomed. The hotel was exceptional in every aspect. We did find the beds a little firm but that was easy to overcome considering every other appointment was lovely. We spent three nights and ate breakfast three mornings and dinner in the hotel two nights. The lounge and restaurant offerings were not typical hotel fare. The mixologist easily made custom drinks and the food was served elegantly. After our vacation was over and we met our aging sister and her aging dog - they also spent one evening. The dog was having trouble walking on bare floors and the assistant manager found a runner to put in the guest room to accommodate the dog. WHAT? The staff at this hotel clearly wants to succeed. Thank you!”

“This cute and cozy Marriott Vacation Club property gets a 10 out of 10 for my little family and I!! We had an amazing time staying here. We felt right at home! The staff is so kind and thoughtful. Jocelyn, our special girl went above and beyond to make our trip special, as well as Daniel who gifted us a bottle of wine! They have a beautiful rooftop bar where we got to have breakfast with the most dreamiest of views!! We ate our lunch at the cafe downstairs and felt like we were at our dining room at home. Every inch of this hotel is so beautiful and picture perfect! It also smells amazing when you walk into the lobby. The front desk associates were friendly and warm as well as the security, concierge, and maintenance workers. The rooms are cozy (small) side however, this is the perfect hotel for a NYC dream vacation which should NOT be spent inside the room but out exploring all that this amazing city has to offer. This property is walking distance from all the things and the subway is close as well as a bus stop. There’s a really nice breakfast and lunch spot just steps away from the hotel called cafe 37 that I highly recommend. What else is there to say? I know we’ll be back soon!”

The place is beautiful and charming and our room was lovely and well furnished. It is right across from the water and very close to downtown Niagara Falls. And the breakfast was delicious and not your average offering. Our stay was short and last minute, but we will definitely return sometime for a longer stay! Highly recommended.”

All of the hotel employees were amongst the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I've had the pleasure of working with. The rooms were clean, quiet, and quite comfortable. Breakfast was hot and plenty of options, and even the breakfast attendant went out of her way to make sure we had a pleasurable stay. Only negative we had was the room was not equipped with bedding for the sofa bed, or had enough towel. Easily alleviated with a visit to the front desk, who was extremely apologetic. Would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend.”

“HomeProAmerica built a new composite deck, which turned out beautifully, they were timely, and cleaned up afterwards and our new deck is wonderful. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that someone was suppose to come back and cover the exposed footings and we have not gotten a response from them since January 2021, after reaching out several times. The exposed footings look awful.”
