Nice mobile home park

So far my father is enjoying his new home! The apartment is beautiful and the manager is amazing with everyone.

I like it here. Everyone for the most part is very nice and no one bothers me. The homes are nice, I love having a driveway, a shed, my own little yard, and no one above or below me disturbing me with noise or cigarette smoke. The prices are affordable also. I'm happy I moved here.

Very cute place. A lot of the trailer homes are really beautiful. I have a friend that lives there, and I hear that the lot fees are not that bad but I really wouldn’t know. I think She pays like $350.00. However the people who run the place act like it’s a California Country Club even though it’s just your basic trailer park. Be careful make sure you get everything in writing and you understand all of their rules clearly, especially their pet policy which they decide to change whenever it appeases them. I had stayed here with my friend about 8 years ago, and they tried to say that I couldn’t walk my dog. 😦 But don’t take my word for it like I said it was 8 years ago.
