“Went here looking for a very specific pair of shoes. Walked in, showed the guy a pic of the label with no pic of the shoe and asked if he could find it by the model number. He walked RIGHT TO IT! That's a man who knows his job. He got us the right size and we were out in under 10 minutes (after wandering and shopping for other stuff, too.) That is some efficient shopping. We love this store! And this location has especially great service and very knowledgeable people.”

“I had a great experience with the salesmen here. Jayson helped me find what I wanted to order for my wedding suit in the Ticknors catalog, then I tried on a couple different pants and jackets with Brian's help to get my correct size. They estimated a 10-14 day waiting time after I placed the order, but a week or two later they reached out and said my jacket was back-ordered, but it should still come in time for my wedding. I assume everything should fit well once it arrives based on the measurements and alteration notes they took during my initial visit. I appreciate everyone was open, kind and easy to talk to. Dominic is pretty cool too! I met him at the bridal show at the IX Center and he's the reason I visited in the first place!”

“(I'm sorry if I spell their names wrong) I could not find a pair of converse shoes for MILES. And I walked in to this store about 10 min until close and Rayean and Cionniel were freaking awesome! They were unbothered by my last minute shopping and helped me find the shoes I need, and they showed me this spray they have to help keep these clean which is a God send. The next pair of shoes I need I know who I am going too. I really appreciate their dedication to make me, the customer feel important and made sure I was taken care of!”

“Went to this location to find shoes for my son who is 2 with wide feet and we were helped by a very nice lady named Sandi. She got his shoe size which I wasn't sure about and then brought out several options that they had in stock to fit his foot and his needs. I ended up getting 3 pair, all of which I was confident were a great fit thanks to Sandi's help. It is a bit of a drive for me but worth the trip to ensure my son has comfortable shoes. “Excellent experience. We brought our child to this store for an ear piercing she desperately wanted. She lost her nerve when it was time to go through with it and it took a VERY long time for her to make up her mind and then screw up her courage. Carly, the ear piercing specialist in the store that day, was tremendously warm and encouraging. She treated our daughter with superhuman patience and lots of respect. The piercing process itself was affordable, quick, simple, done with careful attention to detail, the piercing environment was very clean and the equipment sterile. We received clear aftercare instructions and we have had no problems with the piercing after the fact. I was doubtful about whether to bring my child to a mall store for a piercing and we had considered going to a professional piercing salon instead. I am glad that we made the choice to bring her here. It was a very positive experience. Thanks.”

“Went a couple times and i do agree the service was bad but i went back today to get some drunk elephant skin care and the younger woman that helped me today was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable about the skincare i was buying. She also made sure to give me a sample kit (the one DE gives you when you order from their website) She was thoughtful and also gave my mom her birthday gift which happened to be DE as well. There was also a special with little lipsticks and we each got one of those and well (the girl showed us all the colors first) Good experience also not crowded like the one inside the mall. Please keep up the good customer service people notice!!”
