Went a couple times and i do agree the service was bad but i went back today to get some drunk elephant skin care and the younger woman that helped me today was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable about the skincare i was buying. She also made sure to give me a sample kit (the one DE gives you when you order from their website) She was thoughtful and also gave my mom her birthday gift which happened to be DE as well. There was also a special with little lipsticks and we each got one of those and well (the girl showed us all the colors first) Good experience also not crowded like the one inside the mall. Please keep up the good customer service people notice!!
