“Fitness Serve is the place to buy your exercise equipment. My wife and I were interested in purchasing a Physiostep LXT recumbent exercise bike. Unfortunately, because of a sensitive back problem the bike’s seat was uncomfortable and the unit was a bit too tall to easily mount. Not a problem for Fitness Serve as they made modifications to the bike which included a new more comfortable seat for a sensitive back and a step up platform which made mounting the bike very easy. In short, the price was right and the service superior, including the delivery and set up employees. We’ll be coming back to Fitness Serve for all our future exercise equipment needs.”

“I would give 10 stars if I could. This Conrad’s has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. There are 2 closer locations to me but I will always go to Rocky River location. Paul is extremely kind and helpful. They provide a video of the inspection to explain everything that is wrong and everything that needs to be done. I cannot recommend this Conrad’s enough.”

“Was able to find lots of nice vases and baskets to use when I get ready to decorate them. My only issue was they would not wrap the glass up with anything or even give me a bag. When glass is bought it should be made secure somehow in the store. The cashier did not mention the word Covid but I'm really hoping that wasn't the excuse. If I decide to go again I guess I will need to take my own supplies to wrap my stuff in.”

“Today was my first time going to Vitality Bowls, and I had a wonderful experience! The food was incredibly tasty. The staff was friendly and offered helpful recommendations, and the place was clean. It’s definitely a bit expensive - we paid $15 per person for a small smoothie and an açaí bowl each. That being said, very healthy options though and the food was fresh-tasting and yummy! I’d recommend.”
