“I have not had the oppertunity to praise a certain individual at this store location(MAPLE HEIGHTS,OHIO) for doing such an excellent job.The day was july13th,2018.I walked in with a few concerns and questions.I had a question about my service plan and he made me aware of m plan,let me know what was abailable and recommended that I stay on my current plan because it was in my best interests.He did not try to talk me into my plan just to boost sales.😊 I then had a few questions about my device and needed a new screen protector and case.He replaced my screen protector promptly and efficiently and hen helped me choose a case,which I NOW am damn glad I have the one he recommended.Without having me to ask him,he went right to work and put it on instantly.He pointed out a little detail about the case that I said I probably would not use,but now I use it all the time.Overall,the customer service was above and beyond excellent! “Because spring is here, and the weather was looking great the next couple of days, I wanted to get to the car wash while I had time. I had thought they opened at 8, but was pleasantly surprised that when I got there it was already open and apparently I missed the first rush. The kind woman that works her butt off there is always patient and helpful. She was running the entrance and hustling back to also dry the vehicles. There was only one other person there at the time that was busy detailing a car. I really wanted to help but she said I was the customer and took great care of me. She did an excellent job!”

They ordered in my particular screen told me it was in and had it fixed in less than an hour and he returned it to me so I didnt have to close my shop! Nice, fast, efficient...good as new!
