“The local staff at 1477 Main Street, Buffalo, NY are amazing. Smart, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. The staff on the national phone lines, not so much. Gave much misinformation, when I questioned anything, the answer was pretty much that's how it is. They sent me first to the airport, knowing I had prepaid with a debit card. Airport staff stated they don't accept debit, only credit, and that national staff know that. So I had to change reservation to local Main Street shop. Had to take cab to both locations, costing me an extra $50-$60. Not happy with them. Very happy with Main Street staff.”

I was surprised to find there is a spiritual shop attached and while it's something I find kind of weird, the girl was quite nice and answered my (probably rude) questions about the shop.”
