Jason, (in charge of maintenance) is wonderful at his job! “I have been living here for a year now with my family. I really love it here. The community is very well kept its quite and close to all the restaurants and stores you need. The townhomes are clean and spacious too. It's a great place when you are wanting to transition to a home. The only one down fail is that the walls are super thin. Whatever your neighbors are doing you will hear it. If you can handle that then you will be fine. It's not a forever place to live it's a transition place for me.”

“My mother lives here. Her apartment allows her to maneuver easily from her wheelchair. There is a good amount of space for 1-2 people. I think hardwood floors throughout would be better for these compared to carpet for the simple fact that alot of the residents in the community use their chairs for mobility and are unable to clean the wheels after coming in from outdoors. The apartment could use a little updating overall, older appliances and light fixtures are currently in place. It's a very safe environment though, and there are emergency pull cords in the bedroom and bathroom for the resident.”

“I’ve moved all over the country the past 10 years and have had more apartments in the same amount of time. This is, hands down, the best service I’ve ever received. We had an issue with our dishwasher draining. The maintenance team came out, checked for clogs and didn’t find any. Checked other parts of the dishwasher and couldn’t find anything wrong with it, SO THEY GOT US A NEW DISHWASHER. The last apartment I rented flooded because the maintenance team “couldn’t find anything wrong” with the dishwasher in the apartment above me. It’s outside of 275, I know, I know, but you can’t go wrong with this place.”
