“Nice place, well kept for adults 55 and older. Owners keep the lawn done on a regular basis. No unruly children roaming the lot.. only complaint is that within 5 yrs, the lot fee has gone from 280 to 350. Still affordable for older, with just with such an increase with no new additions or extras. The senior Owner (the dad) is solid... the son, is seen for what he is.”

“This place is a decent place to live. I love the fact that there's a pool at the front of the park. I also like that the mailboxes are locked and secure to keep my mail safe. I like the swings and benches at the playground up front. There's also a lake situated in the middle of the park which I absolutely adore. Three laps around the park on the main loop is a mile and is great for tracking progress/training for a run.”

“We had a group come to camp here. Overall we had a blast and the campground was great, clean, and the company (other campers) were extremely laid back. The bathrooms and showers were clean also. ****The only issues we had were that We had two campsites B23 & B24 and neither one of them had a grill in the fire pits (and both of ours for whatever reason were the only two without them, I checked). Also one of our campsites B23 we couldn't even use bc there was room for only one tent (online it says you can fit up to 6 people realistically you could fit a 2-3 person tent in that spot) and it had been raining so that only spot was a mud puddle the rest of the area was at a slope and/or concrete so nobody could pitch a tent there. I would still definitely go back.”

“I just moved in a week ago. So far i love this place. My home is more than i could have asked for. From the first call to see how i go about getting a place to getting my keys went very smooth. It did take a few months as i had to wait for someone to move out. Glen in the office is great! Potholes need fixed but other than that i am so happy that i moved into Hi View! (I rated 4 stars because of the potholes)”

“I've lived in tradewinds for going on 13 years the manager Carole is a great and generous person she is easy to get along with and will help out in anyway she can. The park itself is one of the nicest parks in my opinion around this area yeah needs a little work here and there but in all is a great place to live they have done a great job of cleaning the park out in many ways over the years I would recommend anyone thinking about moving to a mobile home park to check our park out it's really a great place to live”

“I have lived here since 2009 and I own my home. I have never had an issue. The community is clean and always looks nice. I feel safe here and would have no problem walking in the community at night. Everyone seems to watch out for each other and their safety. A good place to live. There are people who will complain about the rules but that is what keeps it nice here. Its more like a subdivision than a trailer park. Sure, the lot rent goes up every year but so does property tax if you own a house. Everyone that visits me for the first time, is surprised how nice it is here and how it does not look like a normal trailer park. That makes me proud to live here.”
