She even explained to me their current protocol for my apartment complex in the age of COVID. She scheduled someone to come out early the next morning! An older gentleman came to my apartment this morning, (wearing a mask and gloves - great COVID preparedness) and listened to all my concerns, and sprayed the inside of my apartment.
