They also did a complete check on my car and let me know what else was wrong with the car. I really appreciated that they let me know what needed to be fixed ASAP and what could wait. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful to my needs, I was shown the community room and introduced to a group leader who was holding a meet up group for my dogs breed. They had an incredible selection of all items that I could be interested in and picked up an ultrasonic bark deterrent. The clerk reviewed, its information and assured me that if I was not satisfied in anyway, I could return it. “This is in response to the negative comment as a regular YMCA member for years. The facility is nice and the employees are friendly. Every now and then some members seem to fill entitled to insist on rules that don’t meet the needs of all YMCA members, for example the pool temperature in the indoor pool should be set a temperature to allow for those swimming to not get overheated. The facility is clean, yet some members seem to want special privileges to sanitize locker rooms in a way that one may sanitize their home. I recommend those members considering building a pool at their home and a gym facility. Specifically I appreciate how the YMCA values ensuring that young children are learning to swim, which is a life skill that everyone needs to have, even if that means that the pool area has to be shared. Thanks for being awesome! We love the YMCA!”

“Today was cold, rainy, dark, and just overall gross. I ordered via the app and drove right up the street to pick-up my food. To my horror, apparently I ordered to the wrong store. But then Kevin stepped in and the day got a lot brighter. He took my order fast, said they'd prioritize it (it was done in like 10min), walked it out to my car (in the rain), then, on top of it all, gave me a free 2-liter for the trouble. He said to me, "You know it's the little things." I couldn't agree more. This interaction was so impressive in the depth of incredible, thoughtful, and genuine service offered to me that I had to write this review. Also, the pizza tastes great. I am so impressed and will definitely be increasing my frequency of this establishment. What an awesome experience!!!”

“This Walgreens improves with every visit! When I moved to Raleigh a year ago and needed my prescription transferred. This was my nearest Walgreens but it had 1 star reviews. On my first trip to the pharmacy there, I could see why. The staff was not engaged and customer service was minimal. I’m here every 3 months and let me tell you- the service keeps improving! When I speak to a pharmacists on the phone I am speaking to someone cheerful and helpful. I find it to be my friendly neighborhood Walgreens now!”
