“Today was cold, rainy, dark, and just overall gross. I ordered via the app and drove right up the street to pick-up my food. To my horror, apparently I ordered to the wrong store. But then Kevin stepped in and the day got a lot brighter. He took my order fast, said they'd prioritize it (it was done in like 10min), walked it out to my car (in the rain), then, on top of it all, gave me a free 2-liter for the trouble. He said to me, "You know it's the little things." I couldn't agree more. This interaction was so impressive in the depth of incredible, thoughtful, and genuine service offered to me that I had to write this review. Also, the pizza tastes great. I am so impressed and will definitely be increasing my frequency of this establishment. What an awesome experience!!!”

“I came in on Thanksgiving eve. I didn't think to ask if they closed early. There were 3 young ladies working extremely hard as they were busy and closing in just a couple of minutes. There were 7 or eight people in line. One of the employees even changed gloved and got new lettuce because a lady said her friend had onion allergies. I can not speak highly enough of the 3 women working at this location at close even working still after close. I live 35 minutes from that location and just happen to stop on my way home from work. I hope the young ladies can get some sort of recognition. I did tip them but they definitely went above and beyond. Same I can't give more than 5 stars. They are the definition of customer service. I tried to call the store after I ate to thank them yet again but I guess they had already left.”

“Bojangles has truly impressed me with their breakfast sandwich! My husband and I stopped in on a Saturday morning and I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit meal. I'd never tried their breakfast menu before - I'm a fan now! Bojangles biscuits are light and fluffy with the right amount of golden crust crunch on the top. The sausage patty is well-seasoned, and the egg is cooked fluffy. You can tell it's a real egg and not a frozen egg patty. The hash browns are packed with potatoes and are very filling and the grits are on point! Even though it was traditional breakfast hours, my husband was able to order a dinner platter with chicken and rice. The staff is very friendly and personable and we enjoyed the ordering experience and conversation. We'll definitely be back to this location soon.”

“I’m giving them 5 stars. Not because they have exceptional service as most people might think. But because even when they mess up they always make it right. They are human and they have been dealing with staff shortages and other things. I remember I ordered pizza close to the super bowl and after waiting for 2 hours I called the store, the manager and entire staff had walked out and there was one person trying to run the entire store and make all the orders. Instead o canceling all of the orders (which would have been fair considering the circumstances) he was there trying to clean up the mess. I ended up picking up my order instead of having it delivered to make things easier. When they do good they do good but they make mistakes like any other business. The important thing is when they do, they always make it right. I will continue to order from them because of this. I have 5 hungry kids that love them some pizza. We need to remember everyone is human and subject to error. A little kindness goes a long way! Thanks for always doing your best and for making it right when you don’t.”

The order is always correct, the prices are very reasonable, and the ingredients are quality. Last Thursday, 9.22.2022, we ordered for delivery because we had a long day, and I want to compliment the driver, Tracey brown, for being so thoughtful in including plates, napkins, and cheese/pepper flakes packets with our order. These are things that we didn't think of, but having them made our experience that much more enjoyable! She is amazing, and truly cares for the customer.”

“We enjoyed our Saturday breakfast at this location. I will admit at first I doubted we would enjoy our meal by the tiny little parking lot and long wait at the door but Miss Kim quickly changed our mind. My daughter had never been to Waffle House since relocating to Raleigh so I decided to take her today. Miss Kim took our orders after seating us and she managed the Saturday crowd with grace. My daughter decided on the All Star platter with hash browns and Bacon. I also had a platter with a Pecan Waffle & grits. Our food came out quickly and everything was hot and fresh. The Pecan Waffle is my favorite on the menu and the grits are very good here. My daughter cleaned her plate and mine ! I also really enjoyed the music here ! Thanks Miss Kim !”

Other chains skimp on toppings but not Marco’s, the pizza’s actually look as good when you pick them up as they do in the commercials and they taste even better! The dough is so light and fluffy you’ll even eat all the crust! This is my only place for pizza!! Great staff and delicious food!! My mouth was watering all the way home and I couldn’t wait to eat so half the pizza was gone before I took a picture.”

“The physicians, nurses and other staff at WakeMed Brier Creek were exceptional when I was recently treated for a small bowel obstruction, that ultimately required surgery. One staff member, Jimmy, who works in radiology, went above and beyond the call of duty, and my husband and I would like to give special acknowledgement for his kindness and extraordinary effort on our behalf. My husband is an insulin dependent diabetic who had been by my side for hours as I was being diagnosed and treated for what had originally been diagnosed as gastroenteritis at another urgent care facility. We were referred to WakeMed for further examination. Because we are vegetarians, Jimmy went out of his way to get my husband some food in order to prevent him from having a low blood sugar episode. Thank you so very much, Jimmy, we were so grateful for your help at a very difficult time.”
