With that said, I couldn't be more pleased with both the installation and product (I chose quartz). The work has exceeded my expectations, before the job I was wondering if there was anyway if they could do my kitchen in 2 pieces. The right side is L shaped 10ft by 4 1/2. Low and behold they were able to install it in 1 piece. Mounted of all my new sinks (4, had them install the bathrooms as well) perfectly. The corners are flawlessly rounded. The cutting board was a great bonus. I've got so may people telling me how they love my counters, if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. “Oscar is phenomenal, highly recommend picking him as your salesperson. The delivery crew was careful and pleasant. Everyone else we interacted with while purchasing was incredibly rude. The woman answering the phone. The man working on the floor accused us of moving around the sales price tags. The other male salesperson was the most rude during our phone conversation when Oscar wasn't working the day that I called to update my order. I told him I would wait to speak with Oscar since he was being so rude and he yelled "well why didn't you just ask for him first then!" Fully knowing that Oscar wasn't working that day and that I had already asked for Oscar. Furniture is beautiful in our house, thank you for your excellent service Oscar!”

I ultimately chose another trusted and established company that was a little more cost competitive up front, headquartered local, and also recommended and applied top rated insecticide & termiticide products. They offered a much longer termite warranty (of course the warranty is subject to terms and conditions as all warranties will have and one year required annual inspections to maintain - understandably)”

“The technicians are good but I had constant issues with the office staff. Borderline harassed to get the install done but I had a family death and had to put it off. When there were issues the office staff tried to divert blame or tried to make me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. No gas to the generator and she basically said the generator guy didn't know what he was doing. Turns out the T-block they installed was bad. No big deal as parts fail, even new parts. Eventually got that fixed then smelled gas throughout the backyard. They at least got someone out here fast for that. Turns out there was a fitting they installed that was loose on the regulator and bled out all my propane for one of my 120 gal tank into the atmosphere. I was told there would replace the gas and they never did. I am tired of calling them to fix the issue only to be made to feel like I am doing something wrong. At least I bought my tanks outright so I am not forced to do further business with them. Edit: Parker did reach out and Renee was very receptive and professional. We have reached a resolution I am happy with to the level that I am willing to continue business with them.”
