“Our family was traveling a long distance and broke down on a Saturday early morning. We found Cox Auto repair and Lloyd answered our call at 6am! He helped us get back to his shop, diagnosed the problem and helped to find someone else to help us since he didn’t have the part needed to have it fixed that day. Lloyd was like a guardian angel to us- he was kind and trustworthy. We had 2 kids and a dog in tow and he helped us to feel comfortable and safe. “I could not be more grateful for Christopher and his team! They got us in with (very) short notice and treated us with kindness, humility, respect, and best of all - fixed our car!! We are a one-car family and needed the car to be operational for my beloved to get to his new job. When the check engine light came on and the car started driving poorly (hard idle, low power, etc.) on a Friday night, we had very little time to figure out what was going on and have it fixed in time for work on Monday! Most repair shops aren’t open on weekends so we were blessed to find this one (which was recommended by a man at the auto parts store for their trustworthy business practices). We got down here 2 hours before they closed (at noon) and were told they only work appointments on Saturdays but that they would do their best to at least take a look. Long story short, Danny’s took amazing care of us! They fixed our car (and then some) and even taught me more than I ever thought I needed to know about spark plugs! Turns out they are familiar with our car (which is a 22 year old BMW) - this is rare! I’m happy to say that we’ve found our new mechanic! Huge thank you to Christopher and the Danny’s Family!”

They even helped me out by doing a of couple extra repairs that were around the place where I got hit for very little extra cost. Man, my truck looks like new and they even helped me out by taking care of my rental vehicle so I could just jump in my vehicle and take off! “On our way down to GA from VA we were on 95 south when our back tire blew some tread off. We limped our way off the interstate, and assessed the damage. I have tired that aren't in stock at a lot of shops, so of course there was a bit of panic considering that and that it was nearing 5pm. When I Google searched for tire shops near our location Lemus came up, and they were only a couple miles away. They not only had my tire size in stock, but they even said they would stay late if need be to help us. I cannot convey my thanks to them enough, for their graciousness and for just being amazing people. If you are in this area, definitely visit this establishment. If I lived in this area it would be my go to place for any services. Thank you so much for helping us out!!”

“Sam and his son are extremely punctual and professional RV mechanics that I highly recommend to anyone having issues within the Fayetteville and greater Raleigh area. They fixed my black tank valve issue on one occasion and a few months later assisted with an insurance claim for hail damage to my primary A/C unit. They did all the necessary paperwork, installed the new A/C perfectly, and even fixed some additional issues during the same trip to help me out. Well I mean technically I went in for an inspection, but still, I was in and out in under 10 minutes and that was a very nice change from the normal hour wait in an uncomfortable lobby drinking stale coffee. The moment I pulled up, there was someone at my door to assist. The staff were courteous and didn’t try to unnecessarily upsell me, which I really appreciated. “I had a bad experience with the Fuquay-Varina location a while back. I went to the Smithfield location to see how there service was. I met Josh who is the service manager. Very pleasant to talk to and was very coherent to what I was telling him. I took my tractor to him a few weeks later, he made sure he knew what I wanted done, kept me informed what was going on with my tractor. I was very impressed! “This is a good place to go if you want some old fashioned, southern body work on you car, truck, motorcycle, tractor, etc. You name it Bobby paints it. No job to big or to small. There's not a sign at the entrance yet so slow down and call first. The shop is around back. Pull in and h ok no the horn and Bobby will greet you with an ear to ear southern grin and if your lucky they'll be a pig just about ready to pull for some good old style NC BBQ. .”
