“I arrived around 8:50pm on Friday evening to get my kid some cheer shoes for his performance that was the next day. He had to perform at GHOE parade. And Yes, I’m a procrastinator lol. While walking, a staff member overheard my son and I talking about cheer shoes and pointed us in the right direction, which was great. There were 3 options really. I found the ones he wanted in a size that he could fit. I wanted to go a size up but there was only 1 box and it had mix-matched shoes. Around 9:15pm, we went to check out. None of the registers were open. The only checkout option was customer service and there was one person there. While browsing, I did see several staff members. We waited in line about 5 minutes. Kiya was the person who checked us out. I liked how you have the option to email and print a receipt versus just print because I will lose a receipt lol.”

“This store is by far the best red wing store around the customer service is off the chart it doesn't even register. Out of 5 stars I give them 10. If you're looking for a work boot or a hunting boot or just a around the house shoe or boot that is top notch highest quality this is the place to go. I most definitely will be back in the future this is my second pair and I wear them everyday doing the most strenuous of work 12 to 18 hours a day in the most hazardous and caustic environments. The average boot or shoe would not last a few months these last almost a year which is at the least to say insane the only reason I replaced is that my company furnishes a new boot every 9 months.”
