“I went to mirage with my boyfriend last week and fell in love! The building is newly renovated and looks amazing. The girls were super welcoming to us and very gorgeous. The staff were eager to answer all of our question and gave us a tour of all the dance rooms they offer, the grand villa was my personal favorite. I was amazed to see how good the girls were on the pole and they even did an aerial act which was phenomenal. We will definitely be going back.”

Looking forward to stocking up on spices next visit. The deli is awesome. The green chilies are spicy, about on par with a Serrano or Habanero. Chutney is great. Pickle is salty so take small bites. “This place is just sitting out there and you're missing out! It's a small tidy place with 10-12 tables seating at most 48 - 52 seatings available. All very close to each other for server to take care of you. I got here for lunch and for $10 after taxes (before tipping) for my Lunch portion of hibachi Steak and chicken that comes with rice, mix veggies, and tea with an option side that comes with soup or salad. I got the salad quick. While munching on that. My entree came out a few minutes after. It was simple, but cleaned and fresh! Plenty of ginger dressing on it. The entree portion for the lunch was generous! I was in and out in 20 minutes! I was super happy and full! 😁 Comparing this to the bigger hibachi table restaurants. This is the clear winner due to its pricing and taste! I only spent $10 for all of that! Other important notes: parking is Gravel/ dirt open lot. The curb is for employees and pick ups! Don't recommend parking here for dine-in! The path is through back of the building on a seperate road that you follow after turning left into the Plaza and left again on a small road onto the gravel. “So, Kimber's was a family style restaurant up until 2 years ago. They changed ownership and became a high end steakhouse. I have seen their billboard on I-40 and decided to stop Friday night. I was worried I would have to wait forever. That was not the case. The restaurant was clean and appealing. I decided to sit at the bar since I was alone. Emily was the bartender and was very attentive and told me all about the place. I ordered a nice glass of red wine and a 10oz filet and sides. One of which was a salad. I had seen one on their reviews. It was amazing! Emily advised em they cut their steaks in house. The filet was out of this world good. Better than any steakhouse in the area. Emily advised that during the summer it has been hard to keep the restaurant full. People go try this restaurant! It is pricy but it is worth every penny! As a foodie I love local restaurants that do specialty items. And Kimber's did not disappoint! Oh and try the homemade desserts. I had a key lime cheesecake that I could not stop eating!”

Temperature inside is usually comfortable but occasionally it is very warm, almost like it depends on who is working. Chicken pot pie is really good and on Thursdays is the best deal in the restaurant ($2 off) Crab cakes sliders have a spicy remoulade that’s really good. Meatloaf tender with good flavor. If you are looking for a casual, quick dinner this is the place.”

“Hands down best white sauce in town and what I’ve learned is that you have to go at the right time of day. If you go when they’re busy it’s just ok. I went yesterday, called in my order (it’s a must) and the food was great. I ordered the steak and shrimp and they were not overcooked. BUT it has happened in the last especially with their chicken. The prices have increased as well, almost doubled. Don’t expect good customer service, it’s always been subpar.”

It comes with 2 small cups of house salad dressing which is plenty but sometimes lacks flavor. Knocked one star off for the exuburient price of extra dressing. An extra small cup of house dressing is $1.59. Absolutely not worth the price. You can get a small bowl of sald WITH the same small cup of dressing for $1.99. That doesn't add up.”
