With the Covid-19 they have all the stuff at the enterance allowing you to clean your own car or be provided one that was cleaned already and of course hand sanitizer. “Pam came THROUGH! The company I work for needed a small order ~ 7 items in total, embroidered with our company logo on it. She was available, had it done ahead of time, and stayed in contact. She helped pick out colors, was very thorough, and the product looked amazing. I was able to look through their shop and use some of their products as well - little wee baby toys, and wine totes. They really have so much here, and finding this shop was a treat. I will definitely be visiting again for personal gifts. I highly recommend Pro Shop Embroidery!!”

They have nearly everything you need on a day-to-day general construction basis, at good pricing and good quality, and a huge diversity of materials available for order. Special order items are shipped as fast or faster than other places. Sales consultants are knowledgable, efficient, and personable - props to Kyle Eubanks for all his handling of my account. If, on the rare occasion, there's an issue with an order, they're quick to get it resolved - thanks to Justin Cox as well for his efforts there. The two Kevins and others up front are also quite alright. The loaders out in the yard are always on point, friendly, and helpful. They keep the yard quite clean and well organized. Really everyone there treats me like I'm a million dollar a month customer despite just being a small-time business. “This Lowe's is very clean and well organized. It is also not chaotically busy so it is far more pleasant to shop at compared to the Home Depot on 15-501. The plants are also more healthy appearing and well organized. Additionally, the parking lot is not as busy since it is used for shoppers to park and there are not random people parking their vehicles, trucks, etc for convenience. Will be switching to this location for our home repair, etc needs in the future.”
