“Pharmacy is a whole other experience in this Wal-Mart. They are pleasant, helpful, will let you know if it's a bit of a wait, usually 20 to 30 mins. The prices of my meds, sometimes without insurance are comparable or a little cheaper. Usually well stocked but If they are out of stock of a med, they'll call other stores if they have it or if have to order it right away. Pleasant, check out, if you have just a few items, check out at the pharmacy...they don't mind. Trade Wal-Mart secret!”

Getting to know Darius (Dr. Russell) was a real highlight of my visit and it was so fun to talk about the pharmaceutical memorabilia on the shelves. If you need a prescription filled, any over the counter meds or bandages, or just need a friendly face, a snack, or a cup of coffee, I highly recommend stopping by Russell's.”

The front end of the store has many little humorous "gift" style items as well as various clothing and household decor items. There is also an optical shop in the front of the store.
