Mr. Walser came quickly and assessed the damage and gave me a very fair estimate. He and his crew finished my house roof and garage roof in less than a week. He gave me sound advice that saved me money without sacrificing quality. They were kind and neat. Cleaned up wonderfully afterward and did an excellent job. I then contacted Devin at A&W as he had done an excellent job on my son's roof a few months earlier. Devin provided the quote and I thought there was a mistake his quote was substantially lower. I reviewed the quote with him and found it was even more through than the other quotes. His crew came out and completed the job in a day and a half as it is large very sloped roof. They are K-guard helmeted gutters (similar time leaf guard & exact same as competitor in Charlotte) at an installed price significantly below others quoted. Five years ago Bassett installed KGuard gutters on our detached garage & we went with them again after getting several other quotes. Family business. Courteous installers. Careful work. They even fixed some gutters they did not install. Tidy clean up. They also travelled - I’m in Mooresville (Lake Norman) and they came from Winston-Salem with no travel charges whatsoever! Square deal all around. Truly I do not understand how there could be even one negative review. My experience with Bassett Gutters (2 jobs in 5 years) is top notch!
