I bought my tractor to quality because it kept stalling in the field. After troubleshooting, they could not get it to stall at the shop. Upon, getting it home and using it, it continued to stall. Seth sent out his team to troubleshoot the issue in the field. What I really Appreciate was the concern to fix my tractor. They left an open ticket until we figured out what was wrong with my tractor. Once they figured out, it was a fuel issue They were able to address the issue and complete the repairs. I appreciate everybody’s patience and willingness to get to the bottom of the issue. “Auto shops are extremely busy and often take advantage of people who are in a bind. This has not been my experience with Performance Auto. I have been there several times for lightweight items like steering shaft, alignment, diagnosis, etc... They always treat me with respect, good communication, and trying to provide the best price and quality work. Really the "ideal" local shop to have. I popped in the other day as I was doing some repairs on my own vehicle at home and couldn't find a specific nut from any local hardware/auto stores - the employee went in the back and found the right size nut and had me back up and going same day. Really appreciate their help each time. Let's hope things don't change and they keep employee great people, skilled at what they do with customer first intentions.”

Our car was taken back immediately upon arriving for our appointment and the waiting room / interior of the shop/ building was super nice and pleasant to wait in. Significantly nicer than most shops waiting areas. The service was completed and our car was ready for us in half the time I expected and we quickly and easily checked out with the friendly and competent front desk clerk / admin. This was my first time here at Sanders and I'll without a doubt be a long time customer from now on. We had a perfect experience in regards to what one could ask for in a visit to an auto repair shop and I'm very happy to have found them. Another plus for them is that when our car was finished, we didn't get a long list of things that we should have fixed. I am able to run pretty deep diagnostics on my own car and I was aware that there weren't any other issues I needed to worry about and it was super refreshing that they didn't load us up with a bunch of recommended repairs or services like almost every ither shop has always done. I'm sure I'll be a loyal long term customer at this point. They really set a new standard for auto repair shops and I couldn't ask for more. Heads up to future customers: The pic on Google shows the old shop. Their new shop is located directly in front of the shop shown on in the 1st photo, directly across the street. The new shop is a very nice, new building and the pic should really be updated because the new shop is a super nice and inciting building.”

“Tioga is a master of his craft. He was able to diagnose the issue with my car without even having to use a scanner or look at the under carriage. It took him 15 minutes to fix what took a "performance" shop all day to try and diagnose. Come to find out the performance shop installed the ride height sensor in the wrong orientation. He was also able to dial in a better ride height and offered suggestions on what could be upgraded in order to have more ride height adjustment. Going forward, we will be bringing all of our vehicles here. He is very straight forward and presents all the facts. He gave me some insight on how I should approach this project of mine and helped ground me a little bit. Tioga was on schedule, under promised, and over delivered on his work. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. Amazing customer service!”
