I'm a firm believer in google review ratings and made a 2.5 hour drive from near Charlotte to purchase a Honda Civic from AutoBro Center .I have nothing but great things to say about their customer service & professionalism throughout my purchase. Everything about the car was exactly as described to me over the phone and purchase process when I arrived was very efficient.

I called ahead of time to ensure that the vehicle I was interested in was still available. Upon arriving at the dealership, my chosen car was waiting at the front doors with Mr. Omar. Straight away, my driver’s license was scanned, and dealer tags were put on the car for me to test drive. I truly appreciate the time and hassle, Mr. Omar and Mr. Ala put into getting all the paperwork complete, the payment sorted, and the keys in my hand. The dealership closed at 6 pm, and these guys stayed until the process was complete, well after 8:30 pm. My car is beautiful, and I greatly appreciate the extra effort put in by these guys: great experience and great people.

We just bought a car a few weeks ago from Autobro center . Customer Service was top notch here, and we had a wonderful experience during our car buying process. Omar is who we worked with the most, and he was absolutely amazing. Their inventory on their lot was also great! Highly recommend these guys.
