I had asked Perla a question and Logan was checking out customers next to her and happed to hear our conversation. She offered a suggestion and a solution to the issue I needed resolved. Perla then checked with Kevin about another question I had and he came over right away, answered the question in such a friendly way, it made our time in the check out, such a quick and positive experience. I have to say, you have a great staff there and it and it appears that everyone has a positive attitude and really enjoys their job. I know how hard retail work can be as I am in retail myself. I have not shopped in American Eagle very often in the past but I certainly will stop in more to check out all the items after having such a great experience in there last Saturday.
