“I went with my Aunt Last night to break our fast (its Ramadan). I was so happy we picked the right place. I can’t tell you enough about their service and friendliness. They made sure the food came out on time. They go back and forth at your table to ask if you need anything and how things are going… etc. I ordered a salad nuttiness with walnuts, cranberries, greens, goat cheese.. delicious. Onion soup was good and very hot as i like it. Got the main whole lobster and aunt ordered surf and turf. The plate was huge. Can’t go wrong with the price. Everything was delicious and just as we wanted it. Thank u for an amazing night. And thank you to the servers and great customer service. Will definitely be back. “I visited the Fire Island Lighthouse and asked one of the volunteers for a seafood restaurant recommendation for me and my German friend who is visiting. Got an enthusiastic tip to try B & B Fish and Clam and I am so glad I did! We started with the fried oysters. They were large, lightly breaded and succulent. The taste was a perfect balance of fresh oyster sweetness and briny saltiness, in a light fried bite that was still deliciously juicy. We also split the steamed seafood combo with mussels, clams, scallops, shrimp, and sweet corn. The broth was excellent and the seafood perfectly steamed. Definitely putting this on my Return Again list.”

“I heard so many great things about this restaurant. I took my son, who is 11 yrs old. I tried the bowl Harissa avocado. He tried to build your own bowl rice romaine lettuce and chicken veggies. I have to say the flavors and quality were so delicious. I was so happy to feel full of healthy choices. My son said mom we have to come back. I agreed with him. This location had great parking. I just wish they had someone to clean the tables off. It wasn't a problem, but every other table was left with crumbs or food. Please try this restaurant for delicious food..”

“Pizza was really good. Garlic knots not so much, but we loved the atmosphere of Northport. Replying to Owner's reply. It has been a while since this was posted 3 years ago. What I remember is that the Garlic Knots needed a little more garlic and salt. One thing I liked about previously living on Long Island is how the water there makes the dough taste better. Amazing though for me to see that the Knots picture is my highest viewing picture at over 368K views since posting it, but back then they weren't the best part of the meal. The best part is the atmosphere and location of the restaurant. We miss and still love Northport. Even after living in Colorado for the last 22 years, when we get back, we come to Northport to eat, socialize and enjoying the local establishments. “This is a hole in the wall. Take out only. We've passed them on our way to visit family in West Babylon many times. But it's usually for a family gathering with plenty of food, so we were never able to stop in. This time, we were just stopping by to help with computer problems. Hubby is IT. Yay, we got to try this Haitian restaurant finally! We got Beef Legume and Black Rice, this is so good!!! The black rice was so flavorful that you could eat it without anything else. Oxtail with Black Rice was tasty, but the oxtail could be more tender. We took everything back to his nephew's house. He has 2 little ones, and neither he nor the kids ever had Haitian food. Everyone loved it! Even the pikliz! LOL Will definitely try to go back next time we are in the area!”

“On the Day of September 30th ,2023 I organized a private event at La Candela, Huntington. We walked in at 11 am to set-up all the room, we got received by the Owner Ms.Elizabeth Paulino who was kind helping us to put everything on place and covering every single details.Guest arrived at 30mins early and all Staffs are welcoming and professional. Inviting everyone to the main bar til the bride and groom arrives. At 5:45pm all the food stations were open including a welcome champagne, the best part of the cocktail hour was the carving station, sushi bar, and passing appetizers( that includes traditional Peruvian dishes) after the cocktail hour we got invited to the ballroom for dinner and dance , the best part of the dinner was two main entrée that includes “Pescado a lo macho” & “Seco Norteño” which is the two most Popular recipes in Traditional Peruvian cuisine “Comida Criolla” after main course they surprise us with dessert Café that includes delectable Chocolate Fountain, Crepes station, Banana Foster, Ice Cream bar, and mini Peruvian desserts…”Alfajores”, “Arroz en Leche” and “Mazamorra”. “Stopped by to eat at El Golazo due to the reviews and curiosity. Let's just say it was a pleasant surprise. The food was very good and the food portions were just right. The staff are very attentive, and the restaurant is well maintained. The restaurant has a soccer/futbol motif going for it, which is why there are big screen tvs for those fans. They also have their own parking, which was a plus. The place does provide soda, chicha, or juices, but my only nitpick was that it lacked Peruvain cocktails to go with the food.”

“This is under new ownership and decided to try it. It is very clean and the new owners are very nice and friendly. Their breakfast sandwich tasted great and was perfectly cooked and the price was more reasonable than most other delis I have been to by a few dollars. Besides sandwich’s and typical deli salads what makes them stand out is their Korean options. I tried their Korean fried chicken and it was delicious. “Back in the 2000s the rage were those restaurants where you had these wooden placeholders with green on one side and red on the other. They would bring you meat until they closed or you gave up and told them to stop. The price was reasonable, and if you had the fortitude, the experience was one of a kind. Now that I am older I am very particular about what I put in my body and the types of cuts that are worth putting in. So when we found out about Luso which has an all you can eat (meat) option, I was ready to give it a try again. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff is helpful and patient. The food was great and memorable, I would like to go here again if it wasn't that far out in Long Island. They also have other entrees that I would like to try in the future. Definitely worth going to for the price.”

“This is the best Burger King location on Long Island. I can always count on the friendly staff to receive a hot sandwich and the freshest fries. And when my sweet tooth is craving cookies, they always have a fresh batch available. I never have an issue with this store. It is an extremely hygienic station. The food bins are always neatly filled to the brim. I can tell that the staff always uses a fresh pair of gloves. So you definitely won’t have to worry about cross contamination here. These employees work very hard to provide the best customer service. They deserve a raise. Keep up the great work!!!”
