“I ordered an arrangement from a third party who contacted with Ben’s. It was promptly delivered but nothing like the picture of what I had ordered on line. The owner explained that he didn’t have the flowers requested, due to it being Valentine’s Day and the season (I was ordering the arrangement for a dinner party and not the holiday). I was given the option of receiving another arrangement the next day (still in time for my party) which I accepted. I wasn’t sure what type of flowers I would be receiving. The arrangement showed up at the appointed time and I am so glad I took up the offer for a replacement. The arrangement I received was perfect and exactly what I wanted. While I am not sure why it took a second attempt I am most appreciative of the effort the owner and his staff made to provide a satisfactory arrangement. I will not hesitate to use them again. “Carol is an absolute GEM. We were getting stressed a couple months before the wedding with all the daily COVID changes and I wanted to focus on having a stress free wedding day. We found Carol and never looked back. She was such a delight and calming presence the whole way but most importantly helped our rehearsal and wedding day go seamlessly handling all the logistics of the day, taking care of getting our bags (and extra cake!!) waiting for us in the hotel room, tipping and keeping track of gratuity, effortlessly managing the flow of the reception and having two fabulous assistants as well. The colors were perfect and exactly what we wanted, and there were so many more flowers than I was expecting - which was a good thing! Our head table at the reception was literally covered in flowers. We also had an arch at the ceremony which was beautiful. It has been nearly 3 months now since our wedding, and guests - including our families which I think can sometimes be the hardest to please - continue to mention how beautiful the flowers were.
