“Cala’s is my favorite diner! I bring my little ones every few weeks and the waitresses are all so wonderful! They’re so welcoming- as soon as we walk through the door we are greeted with smiles. The waitresses talk to my kids and are very attentive to us as I am usually bringing them in solo- if we drop a fork they are always quick to bring another and they bring plenty of napkins. I appreciate all that they do! The food is always amazing, portions are fair, and the restaurant is clean. Cala’s is quite literally the only diner I go to these days because of the great experiences I have had, every single time. 🤍”

“We came in like 40 minutes before closing and they served us almost immediately and seem to didn't mind at all. The waitress was a great lady and offered great service. “Great Place, Friendly, Jaw Dropping Building and Property and Beautiful, Amazing View of the Lake and Sunset. Owner was super friendly and greeted us at the door asked if we had reservations, then said "but don't worry if you don't, we will make room". Met owner again at the bar and we had great conversation. Down to earth and very friendly. We walked the grounds and it is a Fabulous Place for dinner or a Wedding with accommodation for overnight stay. Highly Recommended place. Thank You to all the staff as well 👍👍👍”

“I have been in the area since August. I am a pizza and wing expert from the mid towns down. Imperial, Bella, Blasdell n Edie's in the village. I had given 2/3 spots along rt5 in Angola multiple shots. Didn't try Tredos because of the hours. The 2 don't hold up to what I'm used to at all. Pizza, wings, garbage. I tried Tredos, 1 slice. It hit. The flavor of the cheese and the cheese dough sauce ratio, A+. I ordered wings and a pizza on Halloween about 4pm after the Bills game. The wings were incredible. I ate them all spot on. They deserve a local 👑”

“It wouldn't be summer in Western New York without at least a couple of trips to Connor's - it's a family tradition that goes back three generations. Something about eating charcoal grilled hot dogs and burgers with the lake breeze blowing through the patio... Nostalgia served up on a plastic tray. Fresh cut french fries are a must have as well. Lactose tolerant people will find hand dipped, thick milkshakes to cool down with and all sorts of chilly treats are available out back at the ice cream window. If you find yourself needing a taste of summer at any time of the year, a trip to Connor's will certainly brighten your day.”

“Seriously amazing. Personally I always get the honey chicken. No other place within 50 miles makes it, and if they do it's trash. This place makes honey chicken so crispy, so warm and fresh. Lightly coated in a sweet sauce that is not over powering. I drive 20 miles from Hamburg just to get the honey chicken. Very thankful.”

Had to stop by for a distributor and was immediately provided with offers of help and assistance, often times when I do this kind of work employees are hesitant or down right rude. I commend the staff's service skills and hope management is aware of the great crew they have and treat them appropriately. “Had double order of chicken wings an two different sauces. Wings were good size and cooked right! Not too crispy, not slimy! Congo sauce is a sweet and peppery flavor. Not spicy in my opinion but on the level of fresh ground black peppercorns. Also tried the maple bacon sauce which was cooked well and had a mild maple flavor but lacking in overall bacon flavor. I Ordered the beer batter Cajun fish fry for dinner and was not dissatisfied. Fish was flaky but solid. Very light fish taste so it was definitely fresh. Cajun beer batter was crisp and not too thick. Not oily or greasy. I would have liked more Cajun seasoning as I enjoy spicy food but it did add a nice flavor to the Yuengling beer batter. Potato salad was rough cut red potatoes with chunks of egg. A fresh broccoli coleslaw with bits of cranberry was a nice addition. Friendly service relaxed fisherman themed decor.”
