There is a parking lot, restrooms with a water fountain, kayak rental and launch, beach, beer garden, slides, and fun relics to climb on. We tried to fly a kite there and ended up enjoying the sunset. It is a beautiful park!”

The lady said that it was a birding rest stop during migration so it was great to see more birds. The birding option is so relaxing and makes you appreciate nature. Perfect nature getaway, never miss it!”

Plenty of spread out picnic areas with nice tables and good views and a great fishing pond. Everything is easily accessible from the parking lot and the restroom facilities are clean and well maintained”

“When summer comes, I go out to have friends and have a picnic. I love watching the flow of the river. It's nice to see Canada's city on the bearded river at the end of America. The bridge over the bearded place looks like the sky is touching. It is nice to see fish catching by the water of the stream. The most fascinating thing is that when the ship needs to pass through the small lakes inside, the bridge goes up which is nice to see.”

“Nothing like the nostalgia of childhood class trips, the sights and smells of battleships and assistant teachers pointing the way to the next room of pictures and descriptions of things you won't fully grasp until your 20s when you go again, with the thoughts of those Brave souls that sacrificed it all to allow us to enjoy everything we don't even appreciate as much as we should.
