“By far the best Smith's in the area. They are always extremely helpful with the grocery pickup process, and usually very punctual (especially compared to other Smith's stores around). The store is always much cleaner and more well organized than the Academy location, and usually more well-stocked than the Central & Tramway location. “I went to speedway this week in afternoon/evening and was extremely impressed by the way I was treated there. The customer service was Excellent! Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. I even had a young lady by the name of "Jwls" who was willing to go outside with me and check out the sound that my old truck started making minutes prior to me arriving to the station. She was wonderful and very knowledgeable! I couldn't believe how much she knew about cars! She actually fixed my old truck! I had taken it to 2 different mechanics and both places said it was the same thing when it wasn't even close to what the problem actually was! This young lady was very committed to helping people and it made me change the way I looked at customer service and also females in industries where I've always known men to be. As a 58 year old retired navy seal man, i now have a new respect for these women. You all should be proud to have hired such an excellent and hard working young employee. I will be sending the referrals for greater opportunities for women and men such as what I experienced from the Speedway @ Tramway and Montgomery today. Bless You All.”
