During pickup visit, I was amazed and thankful for the amazing and efficient services provided by the whole team- including steps for payment, disclosure, and car selection. Habi, the manager (?) especially was extremely friendly in answering all my questions for the rental and discussing hypothetical circumstances that could arise while on a rental car. I've been renting cars since college and this was the best experience for staff encounter and pickup. I ended up extending my reservation over the phone directly with the same office location, and this too was a very pleasant experience, including a discount I received for a week-long rental and other benefits that were part of the school affiliation privileges. If I am visiting the area again- including NY, I would take the time to come back to this same location for a car rental. 5 stars to the staff!!”

“Not sure what the deal is with the negative reviews, but maybe I was lucky. Matt was the manager I dealt with, and he was outstanding. Ask for him if you call. If you can reserve online and put in all the relevant info prior to getting there, that will save you tons of time. Matt got me in and out no problem and offered a clean, new and nice ride. Had an issue where I got pulled over because the rental's Pennsylvania registration had expired (the cop laughed and strongly suggested I return the car and get another one), and when I showed up to swap out the ride (on a Friday afternoon when others were picking up and dropping off cars), Matt was apologetic, understanding and got me into another vehicle in minutes. Extending the rental because of delays at the nearby body shop just took a quick phone call. Again, I might have been lucky and gotten there when there was enough inventory to go around, but this was a painless experience. Would definitely use again.”
