Edward was the salesperson we met with several times over a month or two. He was always friendly and helpful and we never felt any pressure to speed up and make a decision. He also steered us to over $1,000 in manufacturer's rebates (on top of the great deal Barry's offered). After the purchase, there was a delay in the work on our house and Barry's stored the appliances for several months. When the contractor was ready, Barry's delivered the appliances promptly. We received everything we expected in good working order.
