“We were very impressed with VEG. Our 11 1/2 year old dog had an emergency on a Sunday, and when we called, they told us to bring her in immediately. This was after calling 3 other emergency clinics that were much closer to where we live, who told us that they either cannot fit us in or we'd have to wait 3 hours. VEG understands what the word "emergency" means! The service was excellent, the staff and veterinarian took time to explain everything to us. They were concerned, kind and helpful. Costs were very reasonable. I would highly recommend VEG to any pet parent.”

The wait was relatively short and the waiting room and other rooms are pleasant, nicely decorated with castle/knight/princess themes, and very kid friendly. Everyone on staff was super helpful and friendly. Dr. Schiffman gave my son expert care and he and the nurse really put him (and me) at ease. All in all a very positive experience and would highly recommend!”
