“Surf City Hotel IS a hotel with updated rooms, reasonable prices, and had adjoining rooms for families. The line is very nice and has been updated, looks and feels great. The dogs is very good. The restrooms are beautiful and spacious. The Beach Room is a large room that can be used for a private event and is large enough for a wedding reception. They also have live music in the restaurant area and later bands in the Beach Room where you have PLENTY of room to dance! Only a few houses from Long Beach Island ocean. Go here!”

“Yesterday my best friends boyfriend had a surprise proposal planned on the beach and she came down the shore thinking we were just hanging out and brought only jeans and like a waffle shirt to wear on Saturday. I knew she would be so sad if all her proposal pics were in that and it was the best feeling that I didn’t have to panic cause I knew I could just take her to 506. She tried on an outfit you had picked out on a hanger, and decided in the dressing room to wear that to “the lunch” that was planned. She took the tags off to ring it up and left the outfit on. It’s so comforting to know I can take any of my friends to your store and they fall in love with it and find perfect outfits for all their special occasions! Keep doing what you do girl! “Ann Coen is absolutely incredible and super talented. I knew that I wanted to use her as my photographer, but her prices were a bit out of my budget. Once I inquired, she worked with me and my budget and agreed to shoot my wedding for just a few hours at a price I was comfortable with. I looked to her for advice throughout the entire wedding planning process, on where we should have the ceremony, where we should take pictures and the like. She was always kind, and really made me feel important even though we had such a tight budget, and a tight time frame to take pictures. She met us on our wedding day earlier than we planned and just began shooting. She was professional and friendly, and wasn't afraid to push us a bit off the beaten track, literally, to get incredible pictures. I cant' thank her enough for agreeing to be our photographer.”

“This was our first year renting through Island Realty. Worked directly with Gavin. Overall a very good experience. Minor gripe. When we checked in for a house with 10 people, we were only given one key. I called immediately after realizing and asked if a key could be brought to us. My question was was answered with "why don't you stop by the rental office one day and they'll give you another key". Not the biggest deal, but it was out of our way and didn't make a great impression when paying several thousand dollars for a rental. Felt a little bit like "we have your money now, thanks." Gavin redeemed himself when we were having issues with the outdoor shower. Came by personally, then followed up with the owners of the rental to resolve the issue quickly. We would recommend Island Realty.”

“They really know what is to protect and serve. I lost my keys on the beach without knowing it and hours later, still clueless, my car alarm is going off. An officer pulls up and apparently he's been driving trying to find my car and he did obviously. He gave my keys, made my day, and went off to respond to another call, a car accident. He didn't have to do such a thing but he did, so again thank you Surf City PD!”
