“This place is very popular with the locals, it was packed even on a Friday night in November but we were seated within 20 minutes. Loud and lively with a kitschy nautical atmosphere, as you'd expect for a local shore restaurant. We got drinks at the bar while we waited. The bartenders were quick and attentive and the craft beer list was decent - about 20 on tap, plus bottles and your usual domestics. As for the food, the crab cakes were outstanding. Lots of real crab meat in every bite without a lot of breading and filler. Well worth it! We also shared the muscles mexicali and the oysters on special, both really good. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Service was friendly but a bit slow due to the crowds. Overall wonderful experience!”

“Best Japanese restaurant in Southern Ocean County. We've been customers for the past 14 years and always look forward to going back. The fish is always super fresh and the chef knows how to perfectly prepare the sushi rice. Also, some delicious signature sushi rolls. The hibachi section is always filled with people who look to be having a wonderful time enjoying their meals. We love sushi and that is served separately in a different part of the restaurant. Staff very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place. It's very busy on the weekends in the summer as it's near Long Beach Island.”

Prices are high but worth the money for the quality. • FOOD is always very fresh and consistent. Complimentary chips and salsa to start are great using homemade salsa that is some of the best you can get. Fajitas are excellent. • STAFF is experienced having been open for many years. Meals come quickly when it is slow or with a full house. • CRITICISM would be that with no fountain drinks they serve soda or tea in cans/bottles so it can add up quickly. BYOB available for alcohol”

“Another stop on our (what seemed to be too short) vacation, we finally got into Denino's in Manahawkin. We did stick to pizza. It was Wednesday around 6:30 and they were packed! We started with the mozzarella sticks. The cheese was creamy, and didn't get hard right away after cooling. I hate when that happens, so the mozzarella sticks here were great in my opinion. I ordered the margherita pie and he ordered their "garbage" pie. He couldn't wait to order some garbage (ugh men). Both were fantastic! The crust was perfect!”

“Enjoyed it very much. Went for Wood Fired Pizza after searching Google and found that they are much much more when we arrived. They started us with bread and oil, we had the Italian Fired Wings as a app and they were absolutely amazing. We then ordered the Rubustio Pizza and that too was excellent. The table was cleared often by the bus staff and our waitress was attentive. Will definitely be back.”

“Duane the manager, I encountered almost a year after the terrible experience I’ve had from his predecessors, is always on top of everything. I haven’t been back in that long. Let us in and placed us by the door in the back. I went to the bathroom and saw him unclogging a toilet. I offered advice and he was thankful. He probably didn’t need it as he unclogged it 20 seconds after and thanked me after I started talking to him while he was washing his hands. Duane was professional and let my mother in the door. Checked on our meals. He even double checked afterwards and made sure we were satisfied. He let us sit close to the door so that my mother that can’t walk well could get out. He made sure we had everything we needed. As old as I am I have never met a young man so accommodating. The waitress was wonderful and this restaurant has made a tremendous change. My mother is 104. She is always happy and so am I.”

“The chef today was on point . He not only cooked us a amazing breakfast he helped us find the Eagles game and was very friendly . He also told the waitress twice to pick up our food . However our server was busy eating herself and talking on the phone . She did not pick up our food so it was cold and my over light eggs where well done . The other order the sausage was supposed to be patty's but she ordered us links . I will definitely come back because of the chef and delicious food . Mabe the server needs to be trained more .”

“We were pleasantly surprised. We hadn't been to Olive Garden in years due to declining quality. We were just familiar with the area and hungry so we tried it. The service was excellent and food was tasty. The only real negative was the noise level was a bit intense. That is the fault of the architect and parent corporation.”
