“I have two kids, age 9 (girl) and 6 (boy). I can't stress enough how much they looked forward to going to Summer Camp at IMA Randolph. Their Summer Camp program was outstanding, the kids had a blast. The program consisted of a very well planned daily schedule: dance, cheer, sports, arts & crafts, field trips, Taekwondo, gymnastic, rock climbing, meditation and much more... I feel very comfortable entrusting my children to their staff they have created an extremely warm environment for students to learn and be creative. My son also takes Taekwondo classes and is always super excited to walk out the door to go attend his classes. We have observed how each of their students, including our children, have learned dedication, discipline, and respect as well as self-defense. My son has progressed in his martial arts skills, as well as becoming very confident in himself. Mr. Elshikh and the instructors know every student by name, and treat their clients like family. You can tell how much the instructors love working with the kids by looking at all the happy faces not to mention when it's time to go home your children tell you they aren't ready to leave. All the instructors are great role models for our children to follow. I typically hang out and stay to watch my son's class, which I love to see how focus he is and well-behaved. IMA of Randolph has a fantastic Taekwondo studio (great facility and location) lots of parking! And, the most passionate, encouraging, respectful, dedicated, caring masters! I'm more than thankful that my family found IMA and looking forward to a long lasting relationship. I would highly recommend the IMA of Randolph to any parent wanting their children to develop self-defense, discipline and social skills.”

The technician was friendly and very efficient. Dr. Kosch was extremely thorough and informative. Everything from start to finish was handled so well. “I’m really glad we decided to become members of the Randolph YMCA. My entire family really enjoys coming. Immediately, Monica made me feel welcomed and helped me feel comfortable leaving my then 6-month old and 2 year old in babysitting, encouraging me to take a little time for myself. The babysitters are all kind and excellent. Since coming, the babysitting room has been transformed and looks great, seems to be organized in Waldorf and Montessori inspired way, making it easy for kids to find new ways to play. There have been a ton of cool kids events since joining, we especially love the Halloween event and Healthy Kids Day. My eldest asks to come to the “ABC’s” now! I’m really glad Monica reminds us to come to events when we visit the Y, because they are really fun. Sammie in aquatics and the aquatic instructors run things smoothly and are very helpful. My kids really enjoy their swim lessons. I’ve seen this place go through many repairs and efforts to keep it up and running- and it shows! I think it is organized and clean. The efforts don’t go unnoticed. Overall, we are happy with our memberships and the lovely staff we’ve interacted with.”

“I been struggling with nagging back pain for over 3 years, and was unable to find answers/relief. Decided to give Par5 PT a try for the initial evaluation just to see if it had something different to offer. Within the first 10 minutes of our first session, Dr Paul was able to pinpoint where the pain was (which was tough for me to locate exactly), and offered tangible reasons for why this pain was occurring. I was also shocked at how inflexible I was during the evaluation. After the initial session, I ended up buying a 10-pack of sessions with high hopes of recovery. The first few sessions focused on stimulation of the affected muscles, in hopes of freeing them up to relieve the pain and stiffness. My pain decreased dramatically, and we transitioned to more of a flexibility and strengthening program for my back and core muscles. Before I started working with Dr Paul, the pain after a round of golf would consume the rest of my day, and sometimes carry over into the next day. Now, 8 sessions in, I can say that my pain is negligible after a round of golf or working out. In addition to my weekly exercise plan, Dr Paul provided me with pre and post-round exercises, which have greatly helped me in my preparation and recovery. I thoroughly enjoy learning from and working with Dr Paul. I would (and have) recommend Par5 PT to anyone struggling with pain, or looking for a strengthening/flexibility plan.”
