“We are very happy that we found Rossy Pediatric Dentistry! What a wonderful Sister Team! Each time we go, we feel welcomed. Wait time doesn’t exist, which is great! The office is very welcoming as you are greeted by friendly office staff! That’s a great quality as children can be a little apprehensive about visiting the dentist. Dr. Rossy is wonderful! She explains everything to my daughter so she can understand what will happen at each visit. She is very kind and calming! The main takeaway is that my daughter loves going to the dentist! “This is my third storage facility in a year! I was very impressed from the first moment I walked into this facility exhausted and unwilling to compromise on my high standard for what a storage facility should be providing for me. I was greeted by Preston who literally guided me to their seating area and sat down and fully listened to my journey that found me at their facility that afternoon. He complete heard me and found nothing wrong with what I was looking for in a facility and their management. He worked with me to find the perfect unit based on previous situations that had caused damage to my belongs. They very much actively walk the floors of the storage facility and check in everything. Christine literally called me as I was in the process of moving in and my storage unit was unlocked and called to tell so. I find that level of care outstanding! It is deeply appreciated as I travel a lot and trust that my belonging will be safe. Their Regional Manager is quite prompt in returning phone calls to address issues and actually resolve them. This facility hears me, meets my needs as if they were their own. They truly care about the residents of their facility! They are truly the best storage facility in the area after being with two other big corpse owned ones. A privately owned and managed facility is definitely the way to go with storage facilities for me! Much love and gratitude to the staff and management of this beautiful Randolph facility!”

“I have been bringing my 3 grandchildren to this office for 5 years. I have been beyond pleased with the care that they receive. My youngest has had a lot of work, including some crowns. He is now 8 years old and is not afraid to go to the dentist at all. My 2 granddaughters are older and are quite happy there also. I would recommend this office to all parents looking for a warm, comfortable, happy experience. It is decorated so beautifully with children in mind. The same hygienists have been seeing my grandchildren since the beginning. I think this is commendable for an office to have the same staff year after year. “Dr. Messer is one of the most knowledgeable Dentists I have ever been to. He was recommended by a friend who knew I needed help with teeth that were never corrected in my 60 years. My bite was off, I did not know... Dr. Messer not only recognized what the problem was but explained the issue and the plan in layman terms. Finally, it all made sense, and not one dentist ever took the time to educate me on the bite. He did not have to do that, he could have just put crown after crown on like all the others, but he knows that ultimately there is a logical reason why something is not working and the patient deserves to hear the truth and the best plan for the future. His practice allows you to come in and relax and learn what the best approach is first, then we sat in a friendly meeting in his conference room that goes through the suggested steps digitally. It was very simple this way! When you approach people with kindness and respect and are humble and passionate about your craft you win people over.
