He responded right away and I started the sessions immediately. He has multiple rooms in his facility, but I feel very safe. Only one person trains in a room at a time, everything is cleaned after each session, he has air purifiers running and we both wear masks. John customizes each session so they are very challenging yet attainable. I also share my food journal with John for guidance on healthy and mindful eating. I have seen weekly progress with my strength, stamina and weight loss. John is a great coach who models the behaviors of health, fitness and mindfulness. John is an easy going, family guy and we’ve developed a very nice friendship. “TLDR: TROY IS THE BEST TRAINER!!!! Blink is great. At first, I wanted a gym that had more natural light, but ultimately my focus was and is my health. After suffering an injury that made me unable to walk for 6 weeks and a load of physical therapy, I was finally able to get back into the gym. Struggling to get in a rhythm with my first trainer, I switched trainers. Troy is AMAZING!!! Not only does he personalize your workouts and help you learn how to create your own and target certain areas, but he encourages you while you're at the gym on your own. I see him at the gym and if he's not there, I can text him for motivation or ask questions. It's really great because I have constant support system. Other than my hard work, his way of training is the reason I have come as far as I have. Even in two weeks after the bike, my legs were even more shredded. I have been more consistent than my entire life and I am very glad with the value and the cost of this gym! The staff are welcoming and friendly and really have cultivated a nice relationship as I see them everyday!”

Really amazing class – all of my favorite exercises (arm laying down, leg and footwork, planking, minimal box work … PLUS ABS!!!). Natalia and Kate are AWESOME – time went by quickly.
