“AE Fitness is an amazing gym, with a professional and friendly staff. The gym is very clean, well maintained and offers a nice variety of cardio, conditioning and weight-lifting equipment. I've been a member since February 2019 and recently started training sessions with Maura, who is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. In a few sessions, I've already noticed improvements in muscle tone and strength. Her workouts are always creative and challenging.
