“A fantastic tomato pie don't get me wrong, but nothing really stood out that would bring me back for another. The crust was great, nice and crisp, and a good flavor. In my opinion, there was a bit more cheese than I would have preferred, which led to some excess grease. Although I did enjoy the sauce on the pie, which was on the tart side rather than sweet, there wasn't anything really "pronounced" about it. Again, a good pie, just nothing that left a lasting impression. I would, however, recommend giving Gervasio's a shot to experience the tomato pie for yourself. Great, fast, and friendly staff!”

“At around 1330 on Sunday, 7 May, 2023 I ordered my chocolate slim-n-trim. They informed me that they were out of bananas but could substitute peanut butter. When I got my smoothie it was weak and tasteless. I returned it immediately and was told it was because of the missing bananas and said they couldn't give me a refund. They gave me a strawberry slim-n-trim, which doesn't require bananas with the same result. I'll try it again next weekend as they're usually very good, but they were very disappointing that day. 4/5 Stars.”

“THESE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE ARE SO KIND AND SWEET AND WONDERFUL. my card wasn’t working for some reason (i hate my bank) even though i had enough money on it to pay for my order which was around $12, and they had already made my drink and my food so the beautiful amazing gorgeous kind worker covered me and gave me my order for free, and i’m assuming paid for it. i know that was probably annoying, i’ve had to take money out of my tips before for similar reasons and it can be so inconvenient, jobs like these are hard and you deal with customers that suck sometimes so i just want this worker to know that i am so thankful and i am so sorry you had to pay for my order!!!!! you are such a sweet soul, i appreciate you so much. i felt so bad because i didn’t have cash or any other form of payment and i wish i could have at least given a tip, but please know i am so grateful!!!!”

“Good food, large portions, but a bit overpriced for some of the food. Got the grouper special and fish was breaded and sitting in a lot of sauce so it was soggy. Flavor was good though. The salmon dish with mussels is large and def worth getting. For dessert, the cannoli was the best followed closely by the lemon sorbet. Overall the service was great and would recommend it for a night out. One thing to note and they should consider having a bigger kids menu as there weren't many options for my daughter.”

“Love the Cool Cricket! A new favorite. Stopped in to kill time awaiting a friend’s train arrival at Hamilton Station, just 15 minutes away. Most are too small, smell dank, have sticky floors, are too loud & have staff that hate their jobs. Not this place! Immediately cozy setting & welcoming staff. Clean, well designed dinning spaces. Comfortable volume for conversation, AND (big one here) CLEAN, COMFORTABLE BATHROOMS!! We had the Pub Salad with salmon & it was delish! Our waitress was attentive & conversational. “I rarely eat fast food, but I was in the area and needed a quick meal. So I wanted to try Five Guys for the 1st time. I ordered a Little Cheeseburger with lettuce & tomato and Little Fries. The burger was about the size of a regular burger at other fast food places and the fries were anything but little. The amount of fries surpasses the large size anywhere else. My burger was nice and juicy, but not excessively so. The burgers and hotdogs are made to order and the fries are fresh and cooked in peanut oil. Everything was very tasty and the restaurant was very clean. So if you really must eat fast food then try Five Guys, rather than the other burger joints.”
